And since Detectify is getting more and more customers we would like another person to join our customer success team.
Working in customer success at Detectify means loving our customers. It means to interact with them in a way that makes them want to stay and use even more of our services. As a part of our customer success team your full focus will be making our customers the happiest customers out there. How you reach out to the customers is up to you - via phone, email or other communication channels.
However, we assume you already have some technical experience, that you have a great service mind and that you strive for solving problems. If you have gathered that experience during previous jobs or by interests doesn't really matter. It's way more important that you have right kind of mind- and skill-set!
The internship could be full time or part time during the spring but we expect you to be present more than 50% of the time. You will be joining our customer success team and go straight in guiding users, analyzing data and influence the technical roadmap as well as suggesting new ways that we can support our users.
At this moment in time we only accept candidates already living in Stockholm and no financial compensation is provided during the internship.
