What we do
Detectify offers a web application security scanner that automates hacker attacks to help businesses stay safe and build good secure code. Our founders are among the best ethical hackers in the world - having hacked tech giants such as Google, Facebook, and Dropbox. Today, we collaborate with over 150 handpicked white-hat hackers in our crowdsource network to build a solution that continually helps clients like Episerver, Trello, Spotify, and King. Today we are 60+ people, over 26 different nationalities and two offices and we still continue to grow at a rapid pace.
We are a multinational cross-functional HR team. Our recruiters do full-cycle recruitment from assessing and advising about future recruitment needs all the way to hire. They work closely with everyone at Detectify, from the most junior employee to the CEO. To keep our team aligned we collaborate on employer branding, hiring strategy, process improvement, and data analytics. At Detectify recruitment is a collective activity, which is why we create and perform recruitment training with the whole organization on a regular basis.
As a recruiter at Detectify, you will handle recruitment primarily within Sales and Marketing, both for our Stockholm and Boston office. You will be the driving force in our recruitment cycle and help us to maintain and continually improve a scalable strategy and process for growth. This means partnering up with hiring managers to define and understand their recruitment needs, helping them search for the right talent, conducting in-depth interviews with potential candidates and then guide everyone through our recruitment process in an efficient and professional way.

- Experience with recruitment within Sales and Marketing
- Experience from the start-up world
- Deep knowledge of search tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Worked with a range of different social media and ad platforms
